It should be noted that currently there are not enough data for a comprehensive analysis of the ecological, economic and social conditions of the regions (cities), development factors are not comprehensively studied. The conducted analyzes mainly cover the economic and social spheres. Complex analysis of ecological, economic and social fields remains a scientific-methodological problem.
